Made from a piece of SOLID Mahagony, this is a beautifully imposing, unique, and quirky addition to your gaming table. Measures about 7 inches tall by 3.5 inches diameter. One of a kind. The tower you see is the exact tower tower you get!
My method for making our dice towers is unlike any other you've ever seen. This is not thin pieces of wood cut by a CNC machine or held together with magnets, but a work of art carved skillfully and painstakingly by hand with sharp tools while it spins at high speed. Using a lathe is a time honored tradition among the lesser known forest dwarves, that has been passed down and perfected through the ages. I was lucky enough to be able to live with a colony of forest dwarves deep in the heart of an ancient tree for a year to learn this craft. What a metal forge is to metal, a lathe is to wood. This is an item that will last a lifetime.
I source my lumber from a local lumber yard here in Houston--and all the wood comes from sustainable forests. I care very much about what type of lumber I use and where it comes from.
Fits perfectly into our round “halo” trays which are perfect for storing, organizing, and rolling dice.

Our wooden items come finished with our special blend of finishing wax and ready for use and require minimum care to last a lifetime and beyond. If you accidentally leave your item in the sun or it gets wet, a little lemon juice mixed with olive oil and rubbed into the wood will shine it right back up again!
Dice made from resin are the most balanced (besides precision made metal). Most of our collection is made from resin, those made from acrylic may have slight imbalances but shouldn't be noticeable during use. Dice sets such as our skull dice are actually pretty darn balanced! The items inside such as skulls and shells are actually filled with resin in order to maintain a specific density and weight distribution. Our manufacturer performs balance checks and we also perform checks randomly to ensure that each type of dice meets our expectations for random rolls...however since each dice piece is unique there will be some variation.
While we make all our wooden products by hand, in order to provide quality dice at an affordable price we get dice from several dice manufacturers. We handpick the dice we feel are the most high quality and interesting, then create a unique and interesting backstory and qualities for each. We have a lot of fun creating something new with each set and put a lot of effort into it! It's very important to us that each item we offer be fully in the spirit of the role playing games they are for. We also design many of the sets we sell which make them exclusive to our shop.
We work with small teams of people to make our own designs. Our main producer has less than 50 employees. Our dice are produced in batches, not mass produced. The majority of the work is done by hand but machines may be used to make parts of the production go faster. An example of this would be a barrel polisher-which is just a big drum that moves unfinished dice pieces around inside in a way that sands them down to a smooth finish.
We also hand make dice in house, in very small quantities. Most of what we make by hand are custom commissions where people come up with their own design and we try to make that a reality. Our business is made up of me, my husband, & my sister. We do all the packing, shipping, woodworking, and computer work.
Many dice shops purchase dice & other gaming supplies from the same dice making companies. While we work towards filing our shop with our own exclusive designs, and hand made dice in house, we must currently buy small batches of dice in order to offer a selection we feel is appropriate. We are the one's who come up with the name, pictures, backstory, packaging, and theme for each dice set despite not physically making it. In this way we can fit the dice sets to our unique brand and vision.
Our kickstarter dice and exclusive designs are designed by us and made by a small dice production company. Handmade dice are designated as such and made by us in our shop.
